SESSION 2: "Mind Your Fuel" : As obesity and diabetes are two of your highest risk factors for Alzheimer's Disease, this session discusses food from a new perspective: how it fuels our cells (including our brain's and body's immune cells), how eating the right foods balances your PH (which is a healthy state to be in), gives you greater energy so you can exercise more (also neuro protective) - thereby helping protect against Alzheimer's and other diseases.
SESSION 3: "Mind Your Mind" : as depression and chronic stress are considered high risk factors for Alzheimer's, this session discusses how stress is known to change the brain’s PH level, and how diseases such as Dementia (and cancer) flourish in an acidic PH environment.
