Alzheimer's Prevention Strategy#5: healthy lifestyle choices

A healthy lifestyle will protect against Alzheimer's

Being Stressed Out and Placing Stress on Your Body Will Increase Your Chances of Getting Alzheimer's

Being stressed out, or allowing matters outside your control to control you - overtime can  make you sick.  This is because chronic stress lowers your body's PH.  And an acidic environment favors disease.

Therefore, the key to a successful Alzheimer's Prevention Strategy is being your best you by making healthy lifestyle choices that include: not smoking, drinking in moderation, taking as few medications as possible - and taking all your medications as directed, staying current on your routine doctor, dental, and optometry appointments.  And finally  - smile and laugh as much as you can.  Though an Alzheimer's cure is just around the corner, Prevention is and always will be the best medicine.
