Minnesota Senior Linkage Line

This is a State Funded organization designed to provide help for older Minnesotans in the areas of living safely at home, transitioning to Assisted Care outside the home, help with addressing late-life needs, as well as support and additional resources for caregivers.

FAMILY MEANS - DEMENTIA EMPOWERMENT SERVICES

 FamilyMeans Caregiving & Aging provides services for families living with a person diagnosed with dementia.  The greater focus of this group is on the caregiver,  including a wonderful support series (Free) for Dementia Family Caregivers  called "Finding Meaning and Hope."  One-on-one counseling is also available.  Visit their website here to learn about the fabulous services this local resource offers.

Alzheimer's Association - Minnesota / North Dakota Chapter

ABOUT US: Our chapter provides no-charge support, education programs, support groups, training, and other resources for people in Minnesota and North Dakota impacted by Alzheimer's disease and other dementias. With Minnesota offices located in Minneapolis, Duluth, Rochester, and St. Cloud,  help is never far away.  Popular events put on by this organization include the Alz. Purple Gala and Walk to End Alz.
