This is a State Funded organization designed to provide help for older Minnesotans in the areas of living safely at home, transitioning to Assisted Care outside the home, help with addressing late-life needs, as well as support and additional resources for caregivers.

FamilyMeans Caregiving & Aging provides services for families living with a person diagnosed with dementia. The greater focus of this group is on the caregiver, including a wonderful support series (Free) for Dementia Family Caregivers called "Finding Meaning and Hope."
